LET ME INTRODUSE MYSELF
For more than ten years, I’ve worked across feature films, TV series, and commercials moving between rough boards, clean animation, and everything in between. I come from traditional hand-drawn animation, where every line matters and every movement has weight. Working alongside artists like Glen Keane and leading teams on feature productions taught me that great animation is never just movement it’s acting, feeling, and truth.

Working alongside artists like Glen Keane and leading teams on feature productions taught me that great animation is never just movement it’s acting, feeling, and truth.
I’ve directed my own short film from an original story and am currently developing a feature documentary.

JANUARY 2024 - PRESENT TIME
For the past two years, I’ve been working as a freelance animator across a wide range of projects. I adapt quickly to different pipelines, teams, and creative demands. I’m always looking for the right approach to each task whether it’s solving a specific scene, shaping character performance, or building the core of an idea. I like getting deep into the details, but never losing sight of the bigger picture, because good work lives somewhere between the two.
Glen Keane production - Animation assistant
OCTOBER 2023 - JANUARY 2024
Working with a team of legendary Disney animators, we created classical hand-drawn animation entirely on paper.
Using Glen Keane’s key drawings as the foundation, my role was to build the movement between them completing in-betweens, refining secondary action, and carrying the performance through each shot under his guidance.
It was a rare chance to study his way of drawing up close: how character, environment, and camera movement could live together in the same line, and how to find that balance where a drawing feels alive clean and precise, but still loose enough to breathe.

SEPTEMBER 2021 - 2023
During my first year, I contributed to the official opening films for the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, developing the storyboard, animatic, character exploration, and animating selected shots.
In my second year, I developed my graduation film pitch alongside three other students, focusing on story development, animatics, character design, and animation.
Throughout the program, we worked under tight deadlines and high creative expectations, guided by experienced animation professionals whose industry knowledge shaped both the work and the process.
Brikk Animation & Film - Senior 2d Animator

At Brikk I was working across multiple projects in a short time. My main role was creating keyframes, animation and layouts, and sometimes supervising scenes until completion. Apart from that, I was responsible for storyboards, visual development, stylistic and technical choices.
Melnitsa Animation Studio - Lead 2D Animator, Animatic Artist
JUNE 2014 - JULY 2018
My role included overseeing the shots created by our team of animators, checking the consistency of the style and that the scenes match the storyboards and director's vision. With our team we worked on: Ivan tsarevich i seryy volk 2 (2013), Krepost' (2015), Ivan tsarevich i seryy volk 3 (2015), Tri bogatyrya i Morskoj tsar' (2016), Tri bogatyrya i printsessa Egipta (2017)
As a part time job I was working as an Animatic Artist for children's TV show "Luntic". Using the specifications provided by the art director and script writers, I sketched storyboards, reviewed them with the Lead director, and then produced the animatic.
Another exciting experience for me was to coordinate delivery during 2 months from Shanghai (China) on one of our projects which we were creating in partnership with a large Chinese animation studio.

My career as a 2D artist started here and I was working on 2D character animation for the films: Ivan Tsarevich i Seryy Volk (2011), Tri bogatyrya na dalnikh beregakh (2012), Tri bogatyrya: Khod konem (2015)
I enjoyed working with action shots, long monologues, and scenes where characters have intense emotional states.
Apart from "commercial" projects I took part in working with "We can't live without cosmos (2014)" short film directed by Konstantin Bronzit. (Nominated for Oscar in 2014).
